SHIPPING We generally ship items to clients by Canada Post with full insurance against loss. Please inquire about shipping rates for any item as well as rates for shipping by courier. |
RETURNS We endeavour to locate and offer authentic, high quality and unusual pieces. Items may, however, be returned for a full refund within two weeks of receipt if the item is not as described. We are also pleased to answer any questions regarding the pieces we offer for sale. Buyers must pay return postage and the item must be received in the same condition as originally shipped before a refund will be made. |
PAYMENT We accept payment by Paypal, cheque or wire transfer. |
INSURANCE Items that are sold for $100 or less will include $100 insurance against loss. Items that are sold for $100 or more will be insured against loss at a cost to the buyer of $1 per $100 unless the buyer expressly instructs us that they will assume the risk of loss over $100 in which case if the item is lost we will not assume any responsibility. Buyers are free to place their own additional insurance on shipped items. |
